It has a neutral taste so can be added to water, fruit juice , tea or other liquids. 

For adults and children aged 12 years and above: 

• It is recommended to start taking 1 DulcoEase capsule three times a day, but do not exceed 5 capsules a day.
• Up to maximum of 500 mg should be taken daily in divided doses.
