- We may update our site from time to time and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

Sale Of Medicines
- There are strict guidelines in place with regard to internet supply of medicines. When completing a transaction, the purchaser confirms that they are over 18 years of age, that the purchaser is aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations for use contained in the product packaging, and that the total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the purchaser’s own treatment.
- The guidelines require that each transaction is personally reviewed by a pharmacist and they personally supervise and authorise the supply.
- All medicines sales are only final upon review and approval by one of our pharmacists.
- We are unable to supply/ship medicines outside the Republic of Ireland.
Medical Information
- The information provided on this website is for guidance only and should not take the place of a diagnosis by your general practitioner or local pharmacist.
- For all vitamins, supplements and other healthcare supplements sold on osullivanspharmacy.ie it is important that you read the accompanying information and directions before use. If you are in doubt about how to take or use any of our products, please get in contact with us and one of our trained staff will be glad to help.
Record Keeping
- A record of each transaction for non-prescription medicine will be retained for two years from the date of purchase.
- Transaction details include:
- The date of the transaction,
- The name and quantity of the product obtained, and
- The name and address of the person to which the medication was supplied
Price Of Goods
- The retail price of goods stated on our website are online prices and may not necessarily reflect the price of goods in our stores at any one time.
- While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
- If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Discounts & Offer Codes
- Discounts and offers stated on our website, are online offers and may not necessarily reflect offers which are available in our stores.
- All discount and offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms & Conditions. In order for the discount to be applied the offer code must be entered into the coupon code area in the checkout page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. Discounts cannot retrospectively be applied to orders once they are placed.
- Discounts cannot be combined and only one discount code per order can be used.
- Items already reduced, that display a reduced price and selected brands* are excluded from discount offers. (*these brands are subject to change at anytime)
- All discount codes and offer codes can be amended or withdrawn at anytime.
Limitation Of Our Liability
- Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Irish law.
- To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
- We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

In-Store Loyalty Card
- The information on the registration form will be retained by Lorgan Technologies Ltd. T/A Azpiral, the registered Data Processor, operating the O’Sullivans Pharmacy Loyalty Card. This information, as well as details of transactions made with the loyalty card, will be retained.
- The Promoter of the O’Sullivans Pharmacy Loyalty Card is Ballinlough O’Sullivans Pharmacy Ltd, 2 Oakfield Lawn, Ballinlough Road, Cork. Your loyalty card is valid at branches of O’Sullivans Pharmacy Group Cork only. Anyone over 18 years of age who registers their details can join. All loyalty cards remain the property of Ballinlough O’Sullivans Pharmacy Ltd. Your loyalty card is for your personal use – additional cards cannot be provided for your account – however, friends and family may apply for a card of their own. Ballinlough O’Sullivans Pharmacy Ltd can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, including these terms and conditions, or any O’Sullivans loyalty card, at any time. Ballinlough O’Sullivans Pharmacy Ltd can take any action it considers appropriate if it has reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme.
- Points can only be saved while making a purchase. Therefore, your loyalty card must be presented to the cashier at the checkout whilst making a purchase.
- 1 point will be awarded for every €1 you spend in store. You can redeem your points at any time as a discount against your purchase directly at checkouts. Points will be deducted for the value of refunds given. Points cannot be spent (or accumulated) on prescription items, licensed medicines, infant milks, gift cards or other such products and services that the promoter may see fit.
- 1 point is worth 1 cent to spend on products in-store. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash and points cannot be spent to purchase gift cards. You will not qualify for points on any item you pay for with points. The total number of points will be deducted from your card. If you decide to return a product which you bought with card, cash or cheque, the points will be deducted from your loyalty card that you collected from the purchase of that product.
- Ballinlough O’Sullivans Pharmacy Ltd may vary the periods of when points may be saved or redeemed. Points will be accumulated on every purchase – excluding restricted items.
- Products or services may be excluded at the discretion of the Promoter or by operation of law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to reject any loyalty card it deems has been tampered with.
- The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters regarding the loyalty card.
- Your loyalty card is not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee card.
- Ballinlough O’Sullivans Pharmacy Ltd will remove loyalty card points from loyalty card accounts that haven’t been used for 12 months or have been closed.
Online Rewards Club
- The O'Sullivans Online Rewards Club runs separately from the In-store Loyalty Card and is set up to reward our online customers both for purchases and for engaging with O'Sullivans Pharmacy through our social media channels.
- The Promoter of the O’Sullivans Online Rewards Club is Ballinlough O’Sullivans Pharmacy Ltd, 2 Oakfield Lawn, Ballinlough Road, Cork. Your O’Sullivans Online Rewards Club is valid online at osullivanspharmacy.ie only.
- Ballinlough O’Sullivans Pharmacy Ltd can cancel, withdraw or alter the Rewards Club including these terms and conditions at any time. Ballinlough O’Sullivans Pharmacy Ltd can take any action it considers appropriate if it has reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme.
