From the first day of using it I could see the change in my skin colour especially dark under eyes. Also helps with constipation which gives you a bit of an energy boost. Will use this regularly. It doesn’t suppress your hunger pains but it does make you feel full quicker and have less cravings with killing appetite a bit.

I take this product along side the collagen and they both work great at promoting hair and nail production
