Ceriz 10 mg Tablet is an anti-allergic medicine. It is used to treat common allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy throat, itchy/watery eyes, and skin rash.
It works by blocking the action of a chemical substance and provides relief from allergy. Ceriz 10 mg Tablet may cause some common side effects such as sleepiness, diarrhoea, nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, headache, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms stay for a long time or if they become severe.
How to use:
- Take Ceriz 10 mg Tablet with or without food as advised by your doctor.
- In case of a missed dose, take it as soon as you remember, provided it is not time for the next dose.
- Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one. In case of an overdose, consult your doctor immediately.
- Avoid Ceriz 10 mg Tablet if you are allergic to it.
- Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease.
- This medication is not recommended for use in children below 6 years of age.
- Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
