Step 1.Shake well before use.
Step 2.Apply uniformly and generously to all uncovered regions 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. The recommended amount is one teaspoon per limb, with an additional one for the front of the body, one for the back, and one for the head.
Step 3.Reapply every two hours or more frequently if sweating, swimming, exercising, or towel drying. Use in conjunction with a hat, protective clothing, and sunglasses for maximum protection.
