Floradix Liquid Iron Formula 250ml is formulated with organic iron (II) from ferrous gluconate, plus vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, and C for comprehensive nutrient support.

Iron also plays a crucial role in the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, with the help of vitamins B6 and B12. Additionally, vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron.
How to use:
- To maximize iron absorption, take Floradix Liquid Iron on an empty stomach, approximately 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after.
- For adults and children over 12 years: take 10ml twice daily.
- For children aged 6-12 years: take 10ml once daily.
- For children aged 3-5 years: take 5ml once daily.
