Best solution for severely dry eyes so far

I'm constantly checking other types of eye drops to see if any ones would suit me better than Hylo Forte. I have no natural tears production at all so you can say my condition is as serious as can be. Therefore any improvement in the artificial tears, no matter how small, can be a big difference for me. I have tried quite a few different alternatives, but so far Hylo Forte stays the best for me.
