This is an excellent item for those with difficulty using their inhaler particularly the Atrovent inhaler. It allows you to continue using 1 long deep breath if you can or to use 3 normal short breaths by holding the medication puffs in the chamber while you breath in and out 3 times. You can see the internal flap move as you breath so you know you are breathing in correctly.
